Today, I had the opportunity to witness something that feels like the future — the birth of a new kind of workspace.
I attended the opening of The Frontier Tower — a 16-floor building that redefines how we live, work, and create. Each floor is designed with purpose: from sound studios and biotech labs to AI hubs and rooftop lounges. But what struck me most wasn’t just the tech — it was the philosophy behind it.
This place isn’t just a coworking space. It’s a vertical village — a self-contained ecosystem for thinkers, builders, and dreamers.
"We are transforming a 16-floor tower in the heart of San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. 8 themed floors will be dedicated to creating tier-one labs, spanning AI, crypto, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, deep-tech, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world."
Let’s be honest — how many times have we gone to a coworking space, only to then spend time searching for food, for a gym, for inspiration?
Now imagine a place where all of that — and more — is under one roof.
The Frontier Tower brings that vision to life: 16 floors of possibilities. A free gym on one floor, AI research next door, a rooftop for sunsets, a recording studio downstairs, even coliving spaces if you never want to leave. You don’t just rent a desk here — you become part of an ecosystem.
At this point, I honestly don’t know anyone offering something comparable.
WeWork? I think its time has passed. It gives you a desk and a chair — maybe a few lounge seats if you’re lucky — but that’s about it.
This is more than a building. It’s an invitation to be part of something bigger.
